Got a great changing bag

So, I needed a new changing bag, nothing too fancy, just practical. Saw one on Baby Planet and decided to go for it. It was pretty straightforward, found what I wanted, checkout was easy. It took about a week to get to my place in Florida, which was okay. The bag itself is good quality, exactly what I pictured. Only thing is, the zipper on one of the side pockets feels a little flimsy, but it works. Happy with it overall.

Reliable for car seats

This isn't my first time ordering from Baby Planet, I've bought a few things here over the years. This time it was an Isofix base for our second car. Just like before, the process was smooth from start to finish. I always know what to expect with their delivery times; it took about 5 days to get to me in Scotland, which is standard. The quality of the products has always been consistent too. My only minor comment is that sometimes the packaging seems a bit excessive for smaller items.

Good deal on a travel system

I was looking for a travel system bundle deal and Baby Planet had the best price for the one I wanted, even after checking a few other sites. Got a Silver Cross travel system for about 20% off which felt like a real saving. Delivery took 5 days to reach me in Arizona, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but the product was perfect. Overall, good value.

Pleased with furniture set

I bought one of their nursery furniture sets – the cot bed, changing unit, and wardrobe bundle. Ordering online was straightforward, the descriptions were clear, and I found a good deal. Delivery took around 8 days, which they told me upfront, so that was okay. Everything arrived in good condition, no damage to the boxes or the furniture itself. Assembly was pretty standard for flat-pack stuff, took an afternoon but the instructions were clear enough. The cot bed looks really nice in the nursery, and the quality feels solid. I did have a quick question about the mattress size, so I used their online chat. The agent was helpful but took a few minutes to respond. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and how everything was handled.

Amazing pushchair, so happy!

Oh my goodness, I just received my new pushchair from Baby Planet and I absolutely adore it! It's even better in person than it looked online. The wheels are so smooth, and it folds up so easily – seriously, a lifesaver. Delivery was about 8 days to Houston, which was a tiny bit of a wait, but totally worth it for the quality. I'm already planning my next purchase, maybe a new highchair! This store is fantastic, I tell everyone to check them out!

Consistent service, reliable products

This was my third time ordering from Baby Planet, and they've been consistently good. I got a Maxi-Cosi car seat this time around, and it arrived in perfect condition, just like the cot bed and changing unit I bought previously. Their prices are always competitive, and the delivery, while not lightning fast (took 6 days to get to Dallas), is reliable. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they deliver every time. One of the straps on the car seat was a little stiff, but it loosened up quickly.

Good stroller, fast delivery

I ordered a lightweight buggy last week. It came pretty quick, like 3 days, which was nice. The buggy is fine, easy to fold up and get in the car. Only thing is the color was a bit darker than I thought it would be from the website pictures.
